SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All our products are printed fresh on demand specifically for you once an order is placed. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process across India.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

2. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India! 

3. ORDER PROCESSING & PRINTING TIME
Because all our products are custom-printed fresh on demand, every order undergoes a manufacturing process:
- Production/Printing Time: 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once printed and packed, your order is dispatched via reliable domestic courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.).
- Estimated Courier Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days depending on your location (Metro cities usually receive packages faster than tier-3 cities or remote areas).
- Total Expected Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days from the date of your order placement.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your package is printed and handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking link and courier details. You can click the link anytime to track your package's live journey.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Please ensure your complete delivery address, landmark, pincode, and phone number are entered correctly during checkout. Courier agents will contact you via phone prior to delivery. 

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, wrong pincode, or unreachable mobile number, the package will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse. Redelivery in such cases may incur additional shipping charges.
